Nobody likes it when an emergency arises, especially not when you lose power to half of your house!
If you suffer any kind of electrical fault, rest assured that we will make it safe (Most importantly) and find a way to get you power back on even if it is in a temporary way.
On an emergency callout, our main aim is to find or isolate the fault, so that we can make it safe, or provide another temporary solution to get you power back.
If the fault is identified to be a quick fix, to get you back to how you were before, and if we can get hold of the correct materials, we will certainly do that. If however, we cant get hold of what is needed, a further visit will be required to be booked (No further callout fee)
